2010 brought plenty of traveling for us. During one trip where part of the studio was away and part in London, we constantly needed to get in touch at inconvenient times. That gave us the idea of a time zone clock with independent rings, the outer ones being adjustable. More than reading the current time in different places, this clock would make an easy task of calculating what time will be in Tokyo when it's 3pm in England.

Back in London, production started aiming to have it ready to launch in Variability, a Design Week exhibition. The prototypes were made from perspex with different colour combinations. Future development includes a version with two outer rings, allowing three different time zones to be read at once.

We are currently looking for a partner to manufacture Meantime.
